When you own a small business you wear many hats.
It is imperative that you are not only the CEO, CFA, CAO and spokesperson for your business but that you stay on top of your customers needs and stay connected.
Quite simply, you need to be all things to all people all the time. The downside of this is when it comes to managing your resources ( and maybe you are the sole resource) it becomes difficult to track and manage all the details that your clients expect.
